Longe de serem apenas tra\u00e7os de personalidade inatos, ambas podem ser desenvolvidas, treinadas e incorporadas na nossa rotina, produzindo efeitos significativos na forma como nos relacionamos connosco e com os outros.\n\nA empatia corresponde \u00e0 capacidade de compreender e sentir a perspetiva emocional do outro, sem perder a no\u00e7\u00e3o da pr\u00f3pria identidade, e por isso, facilita a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, reduz conflitos e fortalece v\u00ednculos interpessoais. Quando nos sentimos compreendidos, experimentamos uma maior seguran\u00e7a emocional e sentimento de perten\u00e7a.\n\nPor sua vez, a gratid\u00e3o consiste na capacidade de reconhecer e valorizar aspetos positivos da vida, sejam eles grandes conquistas ou pequenos gestos di\u00e1rios.
